If you’re old enough, you probably remember the John Travolta/Debra Winger 1980 movie “Urban Cowboy.” If you’ve lived in Houston long enough, you probably remember all the excitement when they were filming at locations all around the city, and everyone you knew hoped to be an “extra” in the film. Sadly, I didn’t make movie history, or become the next Hollywood “It” girl, but I did dance at the club featured in the film, the great “Gilley’s” honky tonk in Pasadena, Texas. I retired my spurs many years ago, but have recently been inspired to channel my inner Texan and buy a pair of really cool cowboy boots. This Jersey girl found some super cute Old Gringo boots at Marlo Miller boutique during our photo shoot this week and may just have to brush up on her two-step! ~ Pat
All of these fabulous boots, and the leather, fringed, turquoise shawl, are all from Marlo Miller Boutique. Click on the blue text, or the images, to find out more.
